BESS Container  Liquid Cooling Solution

The system adopts full inverter design, compressors, pumps, and fans are all controlled by inverter, and the system is dynamically adjusted according to the load situation.

The system has carried out the simulation of all working conditions, heat exchanger, air volume, etc.,and the simulation effectiveness is 95%.

The system adopts a comprehensive algorithm of refrigerant pressure and temperature, optimizes all working conditions, and the electronic expansion valve adopts feed-forward and feed-back,so that the refrigerant system can be stable quickly. The software and hardware are independently developed,with built-in remote upgrade OTA function, the software has multiple pre-protection,component fault redundancy control and other functions to reduce the probability of failure, the software has built-in map protection for the compressor and main components, and the system can run at a wide temperature of -30C~55C, and the wide voltage operation ±20%.
